Mamak25 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide

1. Member Eligibility

Mamak25 services are only available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above on the registration date.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person.
• Not appearing on the list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services under local law.
• Not having a history of mamak25 account suspension due to fraud or misuse.
• Able to make financial decisions independently and with full awareness.

Mamak25 reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time to verify member eligibility. Any account found not meeting the eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at mamak25. Multiple account registrations are a violation of our terms and may result in all related accounts being suspended and their balances forfeited.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• The registered name must match the name on your official identification document.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur.
• A KYC (Know Your Customer) process is required before your first withdrawal is approved. This involves submitting a copy of a valid identification card or passport.
• Mamak25 reserves the right to decline any individual's registration without providing a reason.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at mamak25 are subject to the following policies:

• Deposits are processed instantly via supported payment methods including e-wallets, bank transfers, DuitNow, and crypto.
• Withdrawals will be processed within the stated timeframe based on your chosen method — between 5 minutes to 2 hours for most local methods.
• Withdrawals can only be made to an account under the same member's name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The minimum deposit is RM 20 and the minimum withdrawal is RM 20, depending on the chosen method.
• Mamak25 does not charge any withdrawal fees for local payment methods. Gas fees for crypto transactions are the member's responsibility.
• Accounts showing suspicious transaction patterns may be held for investigation before withdrawals are approved.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at mamak25 are subject to wagering requirements specified for each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses can only be credited once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Mamak25 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings derived from them if bonus abuse is suspected.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period set for each promotion — typically between 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, toward fulfilling the wagering requirement. Details are stated in the specific terms of each promotion.
• Mamak25 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.

5. Member Conduct

All mamak25 members are required to conduct themselves in a lawful and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Using your mamak25 account for any money laundering activities or illegal transactions.
• Filing false claims with financial institutions regarding legitimate mamak25 transactions.
• Harassing, insulting, or threatening other members or mamak25 support staff.

Any violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and referral to the relevant authorities if necessary.

6. Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login information secure. This includes:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Not sharing your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Ensure you log out after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Report to mamak25 immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Mamak25 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a member's negligence in safeguarding their login information.

7. Responsible Gaming

Mamak25 is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to help members manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a time limit for each gaming session.
• Self-Break: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Sign up for long-term self-exclusion if you feel gaming is affecting your life.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

Mamak25 reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following situations:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Abuse of bonuses or the promotions system.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or attempted fraud.
• Instructions from relevant authorities for legal reasons.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not fraud), any remaining balance will be returned to the member after the review process is complete.

9. Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mamak25 will not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.
• Game outcomes generated by an independently certified and audited RNG system.
• Losses resulting from a member's negligence in securing their account.

10. Laws and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the mamak25 platform will be resolved through a mutually agreed arbitration process, unless local law provides otherwise.

If any provision in these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be set aside and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
